Mixed-use Manager/Operator of the Year – NEW!

A new category for 2018, following the rise and broadening of mixed-use development concepts. While mixed-use traditionally meant residential above retail, the term is now much more diverse. It could include co-living, co-working and the emerging trends of integrated, more flexible uses.

For this award, we are seeking entries from both a new wave of specialist mixed-use operators and established commercial and residential property managers diversifying into mixed-use. Whatever your structure, the most important thing is that you provide the same quality of service expected of traditional property managers while developing new skills and areas of expertise that a complex and dynamic mixed-use environment requires.
